Answer: No. Silk Mill Condos is a condominium complex. Each unit is independently owned. Please contact your local realtor for units that may be available to rent.

2. Can a homeowner rent their unit?

Answer: Yes, however there are requirements in order to do so. Contact us for more details.

3. I'm an out of state homeowner, can the association be my registered agent with the city?

Answer: No. You may contact a local realtor that can act as a registered agent on your behalf.

4. Can I have pets?

Answer: No. Pets including cats are not allowed in the complex.

5. Is there extra storage on site?

Answer: No.

6. I just moved in, how do I get a parking pass?
