If a homeowner wishes to rent their unit and become a landlord, the following items are required by SMC Management.

Lease Agreement

Management will need a copy of the lease agreement prior to moving in.

Vacating Procedures

There is a move out inspection & fee.
All parking passes must be returned (if any).
