Fireworks are not allowed in the community. Let's be safe this upcoming holiday season!

Each unit is allotted two parking spaces. Owners/Residents must have parking passes for the current year on their vehicle(s). There is a $25 fee for two parking passes. Contact us to obtain parking passes. Visitors must park in the designated visitors parking. Parking lot is not to be used to do auto repairs, store unregistered vehicles, or to wash vehicles. The parking lot is not a playground. The City of Pot Jervis maintains a beautiful park behind the complex -- Church Street Park.   

Per the city code -- you must provide the Building Department a resident agent. The form is available at City Hall, 14-20 Hammond Street, Port Jervis, NY 12771.

Trash collection and recycling is on Monday every week. Trash collection is for household garbage only and must be placed inside the dumpsters. Owners/Residents are responsible for removal of bulk trash. Please contact a local trash hauler to remove bulk trash or take to the Port Jervis Transfer Station. The garbage shed is monitored with video cameras. If you or your tenant is caught dumping bulk trash -- you will be billed by SMC HOA for the removal and receive a fine. 

Currently SMC HOA holds an annual meeting per year. Notices are electronically sent in advance to ensure attendance. Each homeowner is encouraged to attend the meetings. 

Management will send notifications via Condo Control with any additional updates.
